| When you run Gram.exe, select
File, then Analyze File. First choose sound loon.wav in directory sounds.
Sound loon.wav is included in freeware Atmosphere Lite produced by VECTORMEDIASOFTWARE, Halifax, UK. You can read about Common Loons, a web page presented by Environment Canada. Their page Images and Sounds includes four basic calls of loons, one of which is Tremolo. This sound compares very well with the loon sound analyzed above. John Feith has presented lists of birdsongs from which individual sounds may be downloaded. He has also made digital recordings available for purchase.
